GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all orders placed on the website www.absolutcashmere.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by the company MCC SAS, RCS Nanterre B420 972 622, head office: 18 rue du Mail, 75002 PARIS, intra-community VAT: FR 91 420 972 622 (hereinafter "absolut cashmere").
The Customer declares to be an adult, non-commercial individual, acting in a personal capacity. They may order as a guest or via a customer account. Any order implies full acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions in effect on the date of the order.

ARTICLE 1. YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
The Customer has the option to create a personal account or order as a guest. Creating an account allows:
· to facilitate subsequent orders,
· to track orders and deliveries,
· to consult their purchase history,
· to manage his personal information,
· to more easily access product returns.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all transactions carried out from their account. If you suspect that your customer account is being used by a third party, we recommend that you change your password and contact us to close the stolen customer account if necessary.
ARTICLE 2. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Product and price offers are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stocks.
- Select your products and add them to your cart
- Go to your shopping cart to check your selection.
- Log in to your customer account, create your customer account or continue as a guest
- Choose your delivery method
- Choose your secure payment method
- Validate your order after accepting the T&Cs
- Receive an email confirming your order
ARTICLE 3. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Product offers and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the website, while stocks last. In the event of a promotional offer, the duration of the offer will be indicated on the website and in our communications. In the event of unavailability, absolut cashmere will offer a new delivery date or a refund within 5 business days. We may also be forced to cancel your order for a legitimate reason.
ARTICLE 4. PRICE
Prices are inclusive of VAT in euros (€), excluding delivery charges (which will be specified when you select your delivery method). absolut cashmere reserves the right to modify its prices but will apply those in effect at the time of the order. Products remain the property of absolut cashmere until full payment.The Customer is informed that depending on the delivery country selected, the price displayed may vary due to local VAT rates, commercial conditions or specific promotions.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, customs fees, local taxes, or import duties may be payable upon arrival of the package. These fees remain the sole responsibility of the Customer and are their responsibility both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities of the country concerned.
ARTICLE 5. PAYMENT
Secure online payment by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, Amex), Bancontact, Apple Pay, Paypal and in installments via Alma.Payment is encrypted (SSL) and is made via a secure service provider. absolut cashmere does not access the Customer's banking data, which is not stored on absolut cashmere's servers.
Payment in installments is offered through the external service provider Alma. By choosing this payment method, the Customer unreservedly accepts Alma's general terms and conditions of use available on their website: https://getalma.eu/legal/fr-FR/terms/. absolut cashmere declines all responsibility for Alma's decisions to accept or reject payments. In the event of a refusal, another payment method must be used.
We want to reassure you that all your transactions are secure. They take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data by our payment provider.
We do not have access to your personal data concerning your payment methods, particularly bank cards, and do not store them on our servers.
In the event of a payment incident, suspicion of fraud or ongoing dispute, absolut cashmere reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order.
ARTICLE 6. DELIVERY
6.1 Preparation times: within 48 working hours from the first working day following payment validation.
6.2 Delivery areas: Metropolitan France and many countries (see list in the FAQ link to the site).
6.3 Delivery methods:
- Standard home delivery with signature via Colissimo
- Delivery to a Relay Point via Colissimo
- Express delivery via Chronopost
6.4 Rates: calculated based on the geographic area and delivery method chosen. Standard delivery via Colissimo is free for purchases over €200 in mainland France and Europe. Any free or reduced delivery offers are specified on the Site.
6.5 Tracking: The Customer can track their order from their customer area or via the link provided by email.
6.6 When will you be delivered?
The estimated delivery time is indicated when placing the order. In France, it generally varies between 2 and 4 business days from dispatch. This period may be extended during periods of high activity (sales, special operations, etc.) or in cases of force majeure. The Customer is informed by email when their package has been dispatched and is provided with a tracking link.
In the event of a delay or non-delivery, we invite you to contact our customer service.
ARTICLE 7. RETURN AND REFUND
7.1 Deadline: You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, you must exercise your withdrawal by issuing your return slip. Once the return slip has been issued, you then have a 14-day return period to return your package to us by post. This gives a total period of 30 days to return your order to us.7.2 Conditions: The product must be unworn, labeled and in the original packaging.
7.3 Procedure:
- From your “My Account” area, “My Orders” section, click on “product return”;
- Select the items to return;
- Print the return slip and prepaid label (France only);
- Place the item(s) with the return slip in a sturdy package;
- Drop off the package in the return network indicated on the label.
7.4 Return costs:
Return costs are expressly borne by the Customer, who acknowledges and accepts this by adhering to these General Conditions of Sale.7.5 Reimbursement: You will be reimbursed within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of your return by our services.
7.6 Exceptions: No returns for personalized products.
ARTICLE 8. PRODUCT WARRANTY
The products benefit from the following guarantees:
- Legal guarantee of conformity: valid for 2 years from receipt of the product. It covers manufacturing defects or non-conformity with the description.
- Guarantee against hidden defects: valid for 2 years from the discovery of the defect.
In the event of a non-compliant or defective product, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or, failing that, a refund. The return shipping costs are then borne by absolut cashmere.
Not covered:
- Normal wear and tear related to use,
- Defects due to improper use,
- Failure to follow maintenance instructions.

ARTICLE 9. AFTER-SALES SERVICE
For any questions relating to the use or maintenance of a product, or in the event of a defective product outside the legal warranty, the Customer can contact absolut cashmere Customer Service.ARTICLE 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, visual or audio elements, etc.) is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorization of absolut cashmere is prohibited.
ARTICLE 11. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
absolut cashmere cannot be held responsible for the total or partial non-performance of its obligations in the event of force majeure as defined by case law (natural disaster, strike, pandemic, war, etc.).absolut cashmere is not responsible for indirect damages (loss of opportunity, loss of data, loss of customers, etc.) or delays attributable to carriers.
Access to the Site is provided "as is". absolut cashmere does not guarantee the absence of errors, viruses or interruptions of service.
ARTICLE 12. PRESERVATION OF CONTRACTS
Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium, which can be produced as proof.ARTICLE 13. PERSONAL DATA
Personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
