How can I track my delivery in real time?

For orders delivered within the European Union: 

When your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. 

 

To check the status of your delivery, simply enter your tracking number in the ‘Track my parcel’ section. 

 

Your tracking number will also be available in the ‘Orders’ section of your account.
