1. chest measurement

measure the fullest part of your chest.

2. waist size

measure the narrowest part of your waist.

3. hip measurement

measure the widest part of your hips.

4. pelvic circumference

measure the widest part of your pelvis.

5. arm length

measure from the tip of your shoulder to your wrist.

6. arm circumference

measure the widest part of your arm.

7. inseam (length)

measure from the top of your inside leg to your ankle.
Each product sheet shows the length of the product according to the size.

*if you don't have a tape measure, you can take a ribbon or string, go around it, and then measure flat with a ruler.
