3. Prepare and send your parcel

Print the prepaid label sent to you by email and drop off your parcel at a post office.

4. Receive your voucher

If the item matches the details you provided, you’ll receive a voucher* to use on our website or with our partner paradigme.fr

*Voucher cannot be combined with other offers and is valid for one year.
