If you are not completely satisfied with the goods you have ordered, you can exchange them or obtain a refund within 14 days following your purchase (date of invoice). Refunds will apply to items that have not been worn or washed, with their original tags and must be returned in the original packaging.
You can return the product(s) to us by posting them to the address below. To do this, please request a return in your personal account area. Remember to include a copy of your electronic invoice (available in your order tracking documentation in your personal account area on our site) and the duly completed returns form.
The cost of the return postage will be borne by you, along with any additional shipping charges (specific shipping costs relating to the nature of certain goods that cannot normally be sent via post). Once we have received and inspected your return or the proof of the postage of your return, we will refund the returned product(s) to the credit card you used for payment.
If you paid for your order via PayPal, your order will be reimbursed to your PayPal account. If you paid using a debit advice via PayPal, your order will be refunded direct to your bank account.

Refunds will be paid between 3 and 12 working days from the date of the receipt of your return in our warehouse. Once we have inspected the returned goods, we will send you a notification email. Please note that the refund will be made via the same method of payment you used when you placed the order.
If you receive faulty goods or a different item to the one you ordered and wish to return it via post, remember to include the return proof of postage costs for our offices in your package. Once we have inspected the goods, we will refund the amount of the returned goods and the relevant shipping and return costs.
Please note that the postage costs will be reimbursed after the goods have been refunded.
